another dream of mine – being in the desert – fulfilled. a beduin took us for a rollercoaster-like drive through the dunes, stopping for quick session of sandboarding and a desert sunset. after we arrived in the beduin camp we were served food that was cooked underground while we enjoyed beneath a heaven of stars unlike i`ve ever seen.
what i´ll never forget will be the silence of the desert. the moment i felt it most was when i sat alone on a mountain close to the camp to watch the stars. this will forever be present in my mind.
